The 2024 Gerber Glass & Collision NHRA Route 66 Nationals is an annual drag racing event that will take place 17-19 May 2024 at the Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, Illinois. It is part of the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series and it features the world's top drag racers that are competing in a variety of categories.

Usually, the competition is held over three days which include qualifying and elimination rounds in categories including Top Alcohol Dragster, Pro Stock, Top Fuel, Pro Stock Motorcycle, and Funny Car. It is one of the most anticipated drag racing events in the nation and attracts millions of fans every year.

The Route 66 Raceway is an advanced drag racing venue equipped with a quarter-mile concrete strip for racing and accommodates over 30,000 viewers. 

Since 1998, Route 66 Raceway has been hosting the NHRA Route 66 Nationals, a popular event that has become a permanent fixture in the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series. This thrilling occasion is well-known for its fast-paced racing and nail-biting finishes that electrify the atmosphere, making it a definite must-see event for drag racing enthusiasts.
