The 2024 Iowa Corn 350 is the inaugural race of the NASCAR Cup Series, called as the Iowa Corn 350 Powered by Ethanol. It is the 17th race on the NASCAR Cup calendar and will happen on June 16, 2024, at the Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa. It consists of more than 350 laps that cover a total of 0.875 miles (1.408 km) around the track.

 Due to construction at the Auto Club Speedway, the Pala Casino 400 was replaced with the Iowa Corn 350 race at Iowa Speedway. NASCAR officials considered relocating the race to Montreal but ultimately chose to hold it at Iowa Speedway.
