The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series forthcoming event Fr8 208 will take place on 24 February 2024 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.  The Fr8 208 is one of the most-attended races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Schedule it covers 297.9 miles (334 kilometers).

Due to its sponsorship by Fr8 Auctions, an American-based auction house in Lithia Springs, United States, it is now known as Fr8 Auctions 208.

About Track

 

Since its opening in 1958, the Atlanta Motor Speedway has expanded its seating capacity from its original 71,000 to a maximum of 125,000.

The oval-shaped, 1.5-mile-long (2.4-kilometer-long) professional racetrack often plays host to major events from racing series like NASCAR and IndyCar as well as championships like the AMA Superbike series.

 

Background

 

2004 was the debut year of Fr8 208, and in 2013 it was eliminated from the schedule. Nonetheless, it was added to the 2015 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series schedule, and it has been hosted annually since then. Corey Heim, an American professional race driver, won the final race in 2022.
